DELIVERY

 

We work with Packlink Pro which is a platform that has top quality carriers such as:
Correos, Correos Express, DHL, GLS, SEUR, UPS, among others.

Deliveries will be made in the following territory: NATIONAL, EUROPEAN, ASIAN, MIDDLE EAST, USA AND CANADA.

NATIONAL: The estimated delivery time is between 2 and 3 business days from the confirmation of shipment for deliveries within the peninsula (Spain).

EUROPEAN: The estimated delivery time is between 3 and 4 business days from the confirmation of shipment.

ASIAN, MIDDLE EAST, USA AND CANADA : The estimated delivery time is between 4 and 6 business days from the confirmation of shipment.

In any case, home deliveries are made on business days.

These timeframes are subject to variation, depending on product availability and the delivery area.

If it becomes impossible to make the delivery of the order due to the User's absence, the order may be returned to the warehouse. However, the carrier will leave a notice explaining where the order is located and how to arrange for it to be delivered again.

It should be noted that transportation resulting from the resolution may have an additional cost that may be passed on to the User.

For the purposes of these Conditions, it shall be understood that delivery has taken place or that the order has been delivered at the moment when the User or a third party designated by the User acquires physical possession of the products, which shall be evidenced by the signature of the receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.

 

Our company is located in Spain, any purchase outside the European Union 
that has a customs cost will be borne by the customer.
